Data Processing & Third Parties
Rozen Creative acts as a Data Processor for our clients. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share data with trusted-third party service providers (e.g. cloud hosting or CRM platforms) only as required to fulfill the Statement of Work (SOW). All third-party providers are expected to maintain their own rigorous privacy standards.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of data. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure; Rozen Creative is not liable for breaches occurring on third-party platforms.
